Replacement, Return & Refund Policy
Our policies are crafted to prioritize your satisfaction and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. Please note that these apply only to purchases made on www.jumpinggingers.ca and not to items bought from retail outlets or third-party platforms.

Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement for the following reasons:
- Product damaged in transit, reported within 24 hoursof delivery.
- Wrong product deliveredor product missing from the package.
- Quality concerns, subject to verification by our quality assurance team.
Note: Products must be returned to process a replacement. Replacements will not be issued without a return.
Replacement not applicable for:
- Used products.
- Products reported after the return window.
- Products past their expiry date.
Return Policy
Products are generally sold on a non-returnable basis.
However, returns are allowed only in the following situations:
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Item received in a damaged condition, reported within 24 hoursof delivery.
Refund Policy
A refund may be initiated under the following circumstances:
- Genuine quality issue(verified by our team).
- Order cancellationby the customer within the allowed window.
- Product unavailabilitypost-order placement.
Refunds will be processed as:
- Store credits (gift cards or e-vouchers)for use on future purchases.
- Bank transferto the original payment method.
Important Refund Notes:
- Refunds via store credit will carry a validity date.
- Refunds via bank transfer may take 7–10 business days.
- The name on the bank account must match the customer’s name on the order.
- No cash refundswill be issued for COD orders.
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving and verifying the returned item(s).
- We are not liable for self-shipped returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, during our business hours:
